Twenty-three homes is a very small release by Dubai standards, and that scarcity is most of the argument for it.
The houses
Each villa runs to roughly 27,199 square feet of saleable area across four floors, on plots reported between 18,000 and 20,000 square feet. The vertical arrangement is the unusual part — most Dubai villas of this size spread outward, and Altissima goes up instead.
Al Barari itself
Al Barari was the region's first integrated luxury eco-development, and its distinguishing feature is planting density rather than water frontage or a golf course — the community is built around botanical gardens and naturalised streams. It sits between Al Ain Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, so it is well connected without being on a main frontage.
Amenities reported for the collection include four padel courts, a bowling alley, billiards and table tennis, plus a wellness suite with massage rooms, saunas, ice baths, hammams and pools.
