The project

Ashwood Estates is wasl's release of 185 golf villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates, in 4, 5 and 6-bedroom layouts. Published launch pricing started at AED 12 million for the four-bedroom, with completion set for December 2028. wasl confirmed in its own release that the collection sold out following its launch event.

The houses

Each villa was designed around a sculptural floating staircase internally and a private courtyard with a water feature, with an infinity-edge pool and a rooftop terrace outside. The plots face the golf course.

The wider masterplan

Ashwood sits inside Jumeirah Golf Estates "The Next Chapter", the expansion wasl announced in May 2025 across 4.68 million square metres. That plan totals 12,345 new units — more than 780 villas, 62 hilltop mansions, 97 branded residences, 752 estate homes and 10,654 apartments — and is expected to take the community past 51,700 residents.

That scale matters both ways for anyone holding here: it brings the retail, schooling and amenity depth a mature community needs, and it also means a long pipeline of new supply in the same postcode. Jumeirah Golf Estates is served by its own Red Line metro station.
