The project

Marèva is one of the villa collections inside The Oasis, Emaar's masterplan on Dubai's south-western edge. The release offered 4 to 6-bedroom villas set around lagoons and landscaped waterways, with published launch pricing from AED 13.47 million.

Emaar's own material leads on water and light. Resort-inspired pools and lagoons run through the community, and the interiors are described in earthy neutrals and soft beiges, built around seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The masterplan

The Oasis is Emaar's 100-million-square-foot masterplan, planned for roughly 2,600 villas with 25 per cent of the land set aside as open space and amenities. It sits near Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road (D54) and within reach of four international golf courses.

Emaar publishes drive times of 18 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport, 20 minutes to Dubai Hills Estate, 28 minutes to Dubai Marina and 35 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. Shared amenities across the community include a swimmable lagoon and beaches, pools, sports courts, wellness and spa facilities, parks and pocket parks, jogging and cycling tracks, retail centres and a community centre.
