The project

Mirage is a villa collection inside The Oasis, Emaar's masterplan on Dubai's south-western edge. It released 5 and 6-bedroom villas facing the community's water canals, with published launch pricing from AED 15.8 million.

Emaar offered the villas in several facade styles rather than one repeated elevation, and the layouts are built around deep backyards and a high volume of natural light — the marketing point being that a buyer could finish the outdoor space themselves.

The masterplan

The Oasis is Emaar's 100-million-square-foot masterplan, planned for roughly 2,600 villas with 25 per cent of the land set aside as open space and amenities. It sits near Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road (D54) and within reach of four international golf courses.

Emaar publishes drive times of 18 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport, 20 minutes to Dubai Hills Estate, 28 minutes to Dubai Marina and 35 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. Shared amenities across the community include a swimmable lagoon and beaches, pools, sports courts, wellness and spa facilities, parks and pocket parks, jogging and cycling tracks, retail centres and a community centre.

Mirage's own amenities, as listed by Emaar, include parks and gardens, an events lawn, a boulevard, a waterfall stage, an outdoor gym, sports courts, a community centre and Bedouin and barbecue areas.
