The project

Palace Villas – Ostra is the Palace-branded collection inside The Oasis. Emaar released 4 to 6-bedroom waterfront villas here, with published launch pricing from AED 13.13 million.

The branding is the distinction worth understanding: Palace is Emaar's own hospitality marque, so the collection is positioned on hotel-style service and finish rather than on plot size alone. The architecture is contemporary — sleek glass facades worked against natural materials, with the elevations organised around the water frontage.

The masterplan
