The project

The Acres Estates is the mansion tier of Meraas's Acres community in Dubailand — larger standalone homes on the same lagoon-and-garden masterplan as the villa collection, released in 5, 6 and 7-bedroom configurations.

Two collections, one masterplan

Meraas split the release into Ivory and Amber. Ivory is the classical treatment — traditional detailing and a more formal plan. Amber is the contemporary one, with smart-home integration built in. Same plots, same community, different architecture, so a buyer chose on taste rather than location.

Published sizing runs from roughly 6,913 to 10,757 square feet of villa on plots of about 12,436 to 14,516 square feet, which is where the estates separate from the standard Acres villas.

The community

The Acres puts 28 per cent of its site into open space, with swimmable lagoons, floating decks and seven themed garden zones. It holds LEED Gold pre-certification. Access is direct to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Emirates Road, five minutes from the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club.
